Here is my newbie try bro, I adjusted to the extent of exaggeration.

darken the clouds by 20%
darken the sky by 100%
brighthen the greenery by 20%

Actually the blues are not toned down, its a more complex method that brings out the details in cyan and reduce the saturation of blue.

I will say worsen, pardon if I am too frank, but the overall image seemed too dull, compared to original.
