Default Upgrading from Spyder 2 Express

Hi all.

I am currently a Spyder 2 Express user, and is thinking of upgrading to either Spyder 2; Spyder 2 Pro or the Eye One Display 2.

1. Which one would you recommend?

2. Why is it that Eye One Display 2 seems unavailable most of the time?
Seems like Cathay wants to promote Spyder more than Eye One

I welcome your advice and guidance.

Thanks, Visuals.

Eye-One Display2. Its easier and more user friendly. Colors are richer and more natural after calibration. Moreover, Eye-One Display2 when used with another software like ColorEyes Display, gives fantastic color results. See http://www.luminous-landscape.com/re...-display.shtml
Fyi, X-Rite bought/merge over GretagMacbeth and will be phasing out some of their own Monaco OPTIX calibration products, and promoting more use of the Eye-One range.

Yes, Cathay Photo is promoting ColorVision (Spyder2express/suite/PRO, PrintFIX PRO) products more than GretagMacbeth (Eye-One Display2/Photo) products. I heard that there's better local sales support for ColorVision than GretagMacbeth, probably because GretagMacbeth was undergoing a merger/acquisition at the time when most ppl wanted support but couldnt.
