Not sure if it's appropriate to start here, but I was stumped by a colleague when she asked to recommend an idiot proof software.
The SW must be <$100 and be able to perform 1) simple colors correction 2) simple cloning function (preferably with templates) Basically she plans to use it to process her kids photos for fun so must be as simple as possible. Thks. |

Dunno if Picasa can do the two items, but it's a free software which many have claimed it's neat. I have used it before, you may want to try it out. http://picasa.google.com/ |

dun think there is idiot proof software, only user friendly and feature simplified version...
if there is a idiot proof one, i guess you need a idiot to prove it... ![]() picasa is easy, and free, just try it.

I think colour correction is not meant for idiots to do. So by definition there are none.

use the s/w that came with the camera, it's free and as close to "idiot-proof" as you can possibly get
