hi all, i'm interested in buying third party lenses, however, i am afraid of ending up with a soft copy. is there any shop that allows me to test before purchasing and let me select the copy i like best?

I have been to Cathay photo as well as MS Color. Both shops allow me to test the lens that I wanted to buy. If you are talking about going to shop to test lens, sama sama like window shopping. Then nobody much will take that lying down. Lens are delicate piece of optics, you won't want to buy a lens yourself which has been manhandled many times by people. * of course its fair that you do research on your lens first before going to shop to ask to test them *

I'm referring to bad copies - when buying 3rd party lenses there's a high possibility there's issues like softness and front or back focusing. So i'm wondering if any shops may let me test out other copies they have if I experience such issues through my handling at the store.
