Default Some zoo pictures (1/2)

No need to say, it's enjoyable to play with big glasses. Finally have a chance to test my dream lenses, 600/f4, 300/f2.8, and 400/f4DO. Cannot comment too much coz only have limited time in shooting, but quite impressive with some snapshots I got. The question is: how long can I keep Sigmas from now on? It doesn't make much sense to own a 600/f4 as an amateur photographer mainly shooting for fun, but it certainly influences my upgrading choices. Got a shot with D60 + 400/f4DO handheld and the result really shocked me - as sharp as handholding 70-200@200mm. Normally I dun think about handholding a 640mm equivalent. Is it really because of IS? Anyway, an immediate effect is: will take off UV filter from my 50-500 from now on. Damn!

My favourites would be the yawning baboon(?) and the peacock.
