Default UV filters for Dimage 7series?

Hi all,

Wonder which UV filters ya pple using? I was using Hoya Super HMC (49mm) one, but I suffer from vignetting , etc.. so I'd changed to this Minolta UV filter, lower profile, just wondering if this filter is ok? comments? anyone used it as well?

I am presently using the Hoya Ultra thin Pro 1 ... no vignetting ... but quite expensive.

I am using the Skylight 1b ... which is about the same ... No it is quite good ... so not upgrading .. I think it is about S$40 ... can't remember ...

I do have a Cir Pl that is pro 1, HMC, Hoya but vignettes slight at full wide.. This is also a ultra thin ... I am willing to sell ... hee hee . It is the thinest that I can find ... I think it is 4mm thick with external threads .... interested ?

Also just got a minolta one ... so far no vignette ... the one that is 49mm and the external is tapered to 58mm (I think) ... looks ok .. .but cannot use it with my lens protectors ... sigh
