Hi I used sb800 as master ( M 1/64, fully charge battery ) and SB600 as slave ( M 1/64 , fully charge battery). Once I fired the SB800 , there is a delay 1-1.5 sec before the SB600 fired. Brothers, please comment and help how to imrpove the delay. With such delay , there is no way we can do CLS right? Thanks.

What shutter speed are you using? Also make sure your body is not set to 2nd curtain sync. Last edited by lsisaxon; 29th October 2006 at 03:43 PM. |

rear curtain sync you mean.

If you put SB800 on Camera and SB600 anywhere (say hold by your friend), there is should no delay between SB800 and SB600 as long as you set SB800 as master and SB600 as slave (with the correct flash group and channel). Regards, Arto. |
