    Too much space..
    Adding a slogan or a figure may add more impact.

    Also from here, it looks more like a thumb cuff than hand cuffs.
    As mentioned, key chain size.. its very small..

    this is my first try on commenting..do bear with me

    1.the lone solemn cuff looks intimidating kinda like a warning to people abt wrong doing
    2.the ample space on the left further enhances this,relaying the emptiness when caught
    and being sent to the cell leaving loved ones behind.
    3.the out of focus portion on top represents the bleak future of a wrongdoer
    4.the exposure is good,so is the WB
    5.the aged bronze/brass color of the cuff really gives feel to the shot

    the only negative point is the vignetting or something at the top left corner is a bit distracting...

    All this is my personal humble opinion,no offence to any wrongdoers past or present
    its just the feel of the shot taken
