However most of my lens are 77mm ...what u guys recommend for macro? |

the light from the ring flash, is very even, some say too even until it becomes flat
if you get it, you can try to put something in front to reduce the light from 1 side

got 1 of these... but then i have yet to see a macro lens thats 77mm... maybe a 200mm macro.
and it will most likely be useless to use as a portrait flash. not to mention vignett and u need a step up from 58 to 77

anyway bought early of the year at exhibition, cost about 100+ forget actual price... but bought a minolta one with ttl immediately after that, so used it on a PNS now.

nope... it have its own sensor... there is no power setting as well.
