Hi just suggesting some cf reader to buy, just got one at alan as attach with the photo,
it cost me $24 , usb 1.1 cathay sells 1) CF reader usb 2.0 and brand Akarui @ S$38.00 2) CF reader usb 1.1 and brand Akarui @ S$25.00 MS COLOR Brand1: cf reader usb 1.1 $ 20.00 ncp Brand2: cf reader usb 2.0 $ 50.00 hi-speed posting this coz i post before , not much replies hehe.. hope to solve queries of others |

sorry, juz wana chk out the actual functions of the CF reader.
recently, i did a 2nd format on my 256MB transcend CF card, realised tat it onli showed me abt 400++ shots as compared to the 900++ shots wen i first format the card during purchase. none of the settings have not been changed, resolution still the same. is it coz the CF card got "jammed" n will need tis CF reader to do a through format? ![]() thks for the replies ![]() |

impossible... must be ur settings is wrong... check with ur manual to see wat setting result in how many pictures to double confirm
anyway wats ur model of cam? |

bought ALL the 3 sets today from CP...at $36 each (for USB 2.0) now they out of stock liao Thanks for sharing the info.

i m using fujifilm s602z, resolution r set to 1M (1280 x 960) which is exactly the same as b4. i also can't figure out wat went wrg

ya, i used my digicam to format the CF. once formatted, definitely no pics left...coz i started taking new pics, the numbering starts off wif xxxxxxxx1.jpg |

I got a 6-in-1 reader from AP yesterday. It's USB 2.0 and it cost only $50. About 100mm x 60mm x 15mm- silver in colour and it says "pocket reader"
It took like 4 sec to copy like 70+MB of photos from a 1GB Microdrive. Only problem is that I can't use MS Camera wizard which automatically names the photos for me. |
