Is it possible at all to fit an FD lens on EOS body ? I saw some nice second hand FD lens, would be nice if there is adaptor that allow these lens to be fitted.

Yes, such an adaptor exists. I saw on on Buy and Sell section a while ago, you could probably find one online somehow

You can try searching at the vintage camera shops at the basement of Adelphi.

You can get from shops selling used equipment in Adelphi and Peninsula; although FD to EF adapters are not so common. But from ebay, you can get easily at a much lower price. Cheaper too but make sure you buy from those with good ratings. Recently, I bought a carl zeiss to eos adapter and also a nikon to eos one. having great fun experimenting! you can see my post just a while ago - CZ on canon.
By the way, very good FD lens are available through ebay so the possibilities are very interesting! cheers |
