Mount for Tamron to Canon EOS?

Hi,

Are there any ways to use a Tamron manual focus lens (with Adaptall II) on an EOS digital camera (EF mount)?

there is adaptall-2 EOS adapter, but its now rare and collectible. Typically closing about US$200 on ebay. And the lens will still be pre-set.

Cheapest option is to get adaptall-2 for M42 or Pentax ES (m42), and then M42/EOS adapter.
Alternatively... for nikon, contax or olympus OM ... and then the respective adapter to use it on EOS.
