Would like to know how many version of Sigma 70-300mm f/4-5.6 currently in the market? Excluding the 2nd hand market if there are any.

Is the current 70-300mm f/4-5.6 APO DG Macro?

i use this if im lazy to bring my 80-200 out. as for type of photography, i shoot anything that interest me

I am deciding between this and the sigma 70-200mm 2.8. Due to cost, deciding on the sigma 70-300mm is easiler. However, not sure will I hit a situation that I think I should have save up more for the sigma 70-200mm.

im sure you will even outdoor. under very cloudy or shade condition 70-300 might fail you unless you are shooting at very high ISO (1600 sometimes)
but again, this is a very valued lens.
