Someone please enlighten this blurr blu... The 1 st picture, the nearest soldier is clear but it gradually get blurr towards the right.. Is the the effect of DOF? or is it the lens is not fully open or close?

It's shutter speed not able to keep up with the soldiers movement (look at the hands of the marching soldiers)

Actually I thought that you purposely slow the shutter speed to emphasize the abrupt marching of the soldiers to create a sense of urgency in the photo.
