Continue or Cancel : 16th IR Outing @ Matilda House and Sungei Punggol

Hi all IR Friends,

In view of the haze which took an unexpected turn and came back to Singapore. I like to start a poll to see the response on whether to continue or cancel tomorrow's (15th Oct 2006) outing.
The poll will end by 11:30pm tonight. Thank you.

Mmm will be too early to tell right, it may just clear tomorrow just like last week.

I think the haze will be interesting. But I scared I'll cough like mad.

Matt tried some IR shots today... it didn't turn out well.... so haze might not be such a good thing.

Even though only Max had voted. But I take it as all are still keen to go ahead. The outing will proceed on as normal but will end early around 12pm.

Meet @ 9:30am at Punggol MRT/Bus Interchange.
Anyone not coming, please PM me or reply to the outing thread by 8:00am tomorrow morning.

Yeah, I did try out a shot or two, but wasn't at all happy with the out-of-camera images. Had to push it in PP to make it "useable". Here's one that was over processed:

I think I will keep the outing short. Finish by 12pm. The main thing is to get you all familiar with the place.

Time check now is 1:05am.
I think the haze situation managed to check up a bit. This morning is very bad, but now looks ok as I can see the refineries of Malaysia.
Hope it maintain it this way.
