for a better DSLR body from Sony (A-mount), I am thinking of getting a slim type of DC first. Sony T50, Nikon series or Samsung? Read a review from HWM that Samsung one quite nice too. Sony T50, using touch screen, wonder it will be ok or not after some time. If spoilt, how much will be the cost of repairing then
Nikon series, S10 quite slim n can rotate. Maybe other Nikon series? Need to do some serious research before getting the right one. T50 give the GPS thing, quite tempting leh. ![]()

It really depend on what you want really.
This is probably one of the best site for camera info. http://dpreview.com/reviews/specs.asp I am waiting for a P&S camera with sensor usable at high ISO like F30, wide angle and mega OIS like LX2, 10x zoom like my FZ5 to show up . Think it'll still be a long wait.

Wide lens also another factor. Maybe go to AP or CP n try out the grip myself. T50 is first, follow by Samsung n then Nikon Series.

I've got myself a Fujifilm F30. Great little camera.
but there is a real pressure among friends around to switch to Nikon, esp the D200. Resisting, resisting, resisting. ![]() Last edited by cairocks; 15th October 2006 at 07:06 AM. |

Think F30 is a good choice: solid, small and reasonably priced. The new Canons are also pretty nice but you will be paying more for the extra features...
My personal fav: get a used F700 as a stop gap, it will be cheap if you can still find one and it's a pretty fun thing to use! |

Canon 850 IS also not a bad choice. Targetting liao as it got a 28mm lens!
