One look and I thought someone's on the ledge and he is gonna.....

Luckily it was the air-con guy. Zoomed in to check, luckily got life line.

Even so, at 15 storey, its damn scary.

The life line is the same one used at construction site personnels. So I guess he is following the safety standards. (Gives you the chills to look at the leg dangling over the ledge from that level)
