Default Why can't use Raynox DCR1850Pro on Minolta 7Hi

According to the Raynox website, Raynox DCR-1850Pro can't be use on the Minolta 7Hi. The recommended Teleconvertor is DCR-1800

It there anyone who knows the reason behind this?

    Please advice

    Thank You

probably the rear element of the 1800 is bigger than the 1850 and there would be less vignetting on the 7Hi. but saw some comparison shots at DPReview where the 1800 performs porrly on the 7Hi:
