Default is this too dark?

1/15s f/2.8 at 5.4mm (35mm equivalent: 93mm)

paiseh.......so many sky pics at one go^^|.......haha..just love to shoot the sky...the clouds^^|

again, taken in Hongkong, at Stanley......racing for the sun, but still couldn't get there before the sun sets behind those mountains.

Just wondering........is the pics too dark? or it should be this way?
cos.....to me I am more focusing on the clouds as thats what I want to show.....so think that those objects [ship / mountains] are dark is just right.

but just wonder.......would it be better with them clear or dark like this? [but see most are taken with dark objects.....so this is the way it should be taken?]

Yah... looks a bit dark to me.

Try adjusting the Levels (Ctrl+L), in Photoshop, maybe it'll look better.

btw, are my eyes playing tricks (jus woke up) or the pic really vignettes at all the 4 edges?
