New set on sales but old model on promotion they are selling! C-70 and C-5060 at HN J

I was at jurong point this morning and saw HN Jurong point selling

C-70 $399
C-5060 $499

I think this 2 model are worth buying since many brands + Olympus aren't making camera with such quality and function. Beside they comes with Manual mode.

Are selling just the camera or comes with any extras such as memory cards? The C-70 is a great deal, you get impressive built quality and image quality with it.
