F30 cheap lobang ...499... but not sure...

over the weekend, i had source out couple of places on the F30 and seem like the price had dropped quite a bit.

1) People audio@(not sure is perl center or people park but is on level 1) - $499
Give u the 1GB xd card, kit bag and standard accessories
*** forgot to ask whether the above is with GST or without

2) shop opp Hangten @ lucky plaza (level 1) - $520 including GST
Give u the 1GB xd card, kit bag and standard accessories

Not sure if i buy from this shop, how do i know whether is it a local warranty or international warranty.... Cause i heard international warranty not support locally. Is that true?
Is it safe to get from this shop cause some shop owner say that $499 for F30 might be a fake fuji... ha ha ha dun know he tried to hunk me or not

Anyone got any lobang that is better than the above? me thing of getting soon.

Wah..$499 for F30.. That sounds like a gd deal if its true/reliable. I thought 499 is the price for F20.. But I personally dun think F30 price will drop that much, considering its relatively new and its still quite hot-stuff for a compact camera.. Maybe when the F31fd is out, f30 price will drop more..

all the lobang i ask for the above, the shop owners told me got local warranty. But i would like to know how can we really confirm on the spot that it really has local warranty?

Latest news from a wife, that there is this shop @ penisular above the BurgerKing(basement) selling F30 for $523. Shop owner also claim got local warranty. But shop owner abit unfriendly. Bundles is the same as above.

not sure anywhere can beat this price or not? or give better bundle.....

F30 is being phased out in the west as F31fd takes over.
There's also a rebate program going on, making the F30 as cheap as US$230 w/ 1GB card

I've been holding out very long since the F10 F11 F30 and now the Canon SD800IS. Still, if F30 ever reaches $399, I don't think I can resist

I checked with MS Colour and they say that the F31fd will be arriving in late Nov this year, but price still unsure yet.

(this what a forum is about) And all the lobang i got is available in singapore.... never out there to con or advertise for any shop.... me myself is thinking of getting one in a week or 2. just got my F30 for 520 nett. told the boss i will help him advertise in clubsnap, and he throw in a cleaning kit and a camera holder with belt clip. this bundle comes with 1gb XD card and a international warranty.... think he will give u all these if u ask, should be no prob.... anyway i dun think it cost much either

P.S: felt safer to buy from this shop cause i think this is a Fuji authorised dealer and plus the fact they dun bullshit around like lucky plaza.(export, local or international, or no warranty..... made me confuse)

For those who can had alot of patient.... think F31 is coming out during Nov, maybe by then F30 price will drop somemore... he he he.... but then u got to wait another month or so... happy waiting....

thank God, nothing of this sort happen to me last night when i went into this shop. Din know this shop is so "popular" in CS. i was the last customer. initially i was thinking of buying the camera from the other shop that quote me $523 but that shop close liao. So i thought might as well ask what's the price from worldwide camera. But before he tell me his price, told him if 520 include GST then i buy. He at first say cannot, so i just walk out of the shop then he call me back that when i know i got the deal liao.

Actually F30 prices are still a little inflated here. I picked mine up from ebay, with shipping and int'l warranty, it came up to $370 (without 1gb card) and $40 more for the card.
