Default same photo, different on different pc...

How do I know how will it appear for the actual print out of the photo in the shop??

I am using Elements for editing... when i bring the pics to other PC, they will have some difference and also, the contrast and the brightness setting of different monitors play part in the way which the picture is displayed... so, do i set them to 0 when i edit photos?
