Default F30 ISO1600 vs IXUS800 ISO800 IS ?

I am considering either one of these to carry around as pocket DC.

I like F30 ...needless to say. it is good performance, strong battery life and very good performance at high ISO1600.

However, the limitation is at 35mm wide.

In comparison to Ixus 800, Ixus is at 28mm wide albeit at ISO1600, Ixus does not produce a good perfomance.

If we are to compare F30 at ISO1600 vs IXUS 800 (IS on), what is the situation like..?

Care to share your views...? thanks.

Widest on the Ixus 800 IS is only 35mm and its highest ISO is up to 800 only..
