Lightroom pictures differences

I tried out beta 4 and found that the same photo look different in library mode versus the develop mode. It is brighter in the develop mode but when you u export it it looks like the library mode display rather than the develop mode display.

Anyone has this problem or is it just me?

note: i am looking at jpeg photos
