Default Sigma EX Teleconverter on Tamrom SP 90

Hi all, would like to know whether the sigma EX TC and be used with the tamron 90 SP macro lens or any other Canon lens. So far, I have only used the TC for my Sigma EX HSM 70-200 lens and it is very good. I have not tried to use it on my other lenses as I am afraid it may damage the camera. Need your advice please.
    Thanks in advance.

I think it might not fit. The from element of the Sigma TC seems too be too far out and may not fit the rear element of the Tamron 90mm.

Try getting the Kenko Pro 300 1.4x TC. It doesn't have any protruding glass elements. I have a seen a friend who uses this combo (Kenko Pro 300 1.4x TC w/ Tamron 90mm SP Macro)

I am using Kenko Pro300 2x with the Tamron 90mm. Confirmed no problem.
