A word to the mods:

Ever since I posted images as illustrated in this thread: http://forums.clubsnap.org/showthread.php?t=225027, they always got shifted out of this forum as being out of context. Since this thread had remained, I presume the position of intepreting the context of such pictures have changed.

Anyway, these photographs I've taken from 2 years ago with my leica IIIf and uncoated summar lens, so enjoy.

Yeah. Definitely suit my cup of tea. However, i would prefer u to show a bit more of the backgrd to give clearer picture. This is just my preference though

Technically, there will be the same comments, cropping would have helped take out the edge on the right, etc.

But visually, it evokes something emotional. The devotion of the devotee. Good pic.

I think you get hints, the ring, the branches, the prone position.

Cheers

Perhaps, leaving the shorts color in place would be nice. Big hint to viewers!

Hi Wisp,

Interesting photo if I may make the comment so brief.

As a turn to an above comment "to viewers" .... why not the leaves in colour instead of the pants.

But.... forgetting that, why not a bar-code on the wrist band.

Cheers

Thanks for the reminder. The other thread that you mentioned has just been shifted to the Streets Photography gallery together with this thread. I am sure photos of this genre would get more audiences, hence more appreciation, in the photo gallery of Street Photography.
