    Default This PayPal thingy....

Wondering how many of you here have PayPal accounts?

I juz signed up for 1 and about to buy something here. The guy accepts paypal only and since my previous online transactions are via Credit Card, I wonder how safe is it with this PayPal thingy since its something like an online bank (I think).

I've been using PayPal for abt 3 yrs, so far no problem for me. But threadstarter, you might want to read some of others experiences with PayPal:

i think you have to pay. there're different types of accounts... but bare in mind if you upgrade to merchant acct it means when you accept payment there'll be a percentage deducted. but no fees involved when you pay. if it's a free account you can receive as much money as there is, but the amount you can send out is limited.
