    blur and noisy. The photo appears to me that you took a much larger photo, then you crop this portion.

    didnt focus on the subject? or maybe its just the camera shake

    I think ur ISO too high maybe? The picture is really too noisy for me.

    ok....should have given more details...

    This photo was taken hand-held, with a ISO @ 800 using a 17-40mm F4. i was trying to capture the entire lake @ chinese garden, but the tower didnt turn out well, so i cropped it

    I though the flowers and their reflection looks 'reasonable', therefore i got what's left and give it a first shot here.

    I didnt have a tripod with me as that day's topic was really more on family shots and children.
