Would you get it, for USD 113? (see www.cameta.com)
To be frank, I'll only be getting it because it's affordable (and because i might like the range.)Generally, though, i suspect that the wide angle loss would be more painful, although this is mitigated by the greater speed (which might make it more useful in darker/bokeh situations.) I suppose for longer range I could also go with the kit 50-200, which by all accounts is a nice lens too? Is it available locally and for how much? |
