Default Pop up on opening images

Anyone can advise cause i keep having this pop up.

It happens after i calibrate my monitor,i always choose the 2nd option.
It quite irritating when i open up 20 images and it keep asking me every time.
Could i just choose once and it remember the setting next time an image file is opened?
Also which would be a ideal choice?
Thanks in advance.

you should not use your monitor profile as working space. you need to change it to sRGB.
