frankly..not much difference..
one of the difference for the D version, u will see some special compartments where u can slot in ur memory card...

The non -D version has a slot for the waist belt, whereas the D version doesn't.
IMO, I find the internal seperators of the D version stiffer and thicker then the non-D version.
