Some of you may remember Velcro when she was a kitten. Well here she is all grown up now. Still a hyperactive kitty but just a little more sedate. I had the oppertinity to try out a 70-200 f/2.8 (non-IS) courtesy of a fellow canonGrapher as well so most of these shots were taken with this or a 17-40. The weight is cetainly ALOT more than the f/4 that i am used to but the sharpness at 2.8 is definately remarkable.
It was hard to get used to the weight of the 2.8 but the results speak for themselves. ![]() and a 100% crop with sharpnening at 0 (wide open) ![]() "Die ribbon" ![]() "Don't even think about taking this from me" ![]() "KNN you dare disturb me.." ![]() |

![]() "This is my good side" (yes I know its a little blown) ![]() 100% crop of above pic slight CA but otherwise very sharp and well saturated. You can make out my outline in her pupil... ![]() "You have any food for me?" ![]() Thats all from me. More at this link Thank to lightning for lending me the 70-200 2.8 and 17-40 to test. ![]() |

Beautiful pix raptor84 =) Hahaha surpass my standard by a wide margin.
Lovely kitten, and I think you've been able to portray the kitten's character very well =) Cheers QX |
