Default How to store exp value on digital photo?

I think there is a EXIF for pic taken with DC. But if one were to scan in pic, is there a program to write the exp valye(f-stop and shutter) and maybe the lens/focal length tagged to the image?

I think it will be useful for newbie like us. Can jod it down onto the image before we forget.

try acdsee 5.0, u can write in metadata, then use breezebrowser to copy to all images, assuming they r all same F, A etc

Anymore porgram? Would want to see which is cheaper and more user-friendly.

    Thanks Chen Wei.
