Anyway, its not a canon, what...

With Nikon mounts, can still use with Nikon cameras, so what's the fuss?

The photos is more important proof instead of the equipment.

Sure. With OS & a good range, it should be good. Hopefully, there will be some review on its performance soon. What's the likely cost of the lense?

I doubt you can keep the VR function with Nikon-to-Canon lens adaptor. Never tried... not too sure though...

Nevertheless, you are sure to retain the wonderful optics of the lens.
