Default PS Distortion Lens Correction Vs 3rd Party

Since PS4.0, I've been using some Andromeda plugins to create / eliminate fisheye distortion.
Couldn't use it in CS2 now, coz license not supported.
Since CS2, there's this new Lens correction filter, and I can't get the hang of it.

How do you use it? How do you rate it to other 3rd parties plugin in the market.
Kindly recommend me a easy to use yet powerful PS plugin (preferably below USD100) if you know of one.
