Spotted this Little Heron fishing for its lunch

I don't really express myself well, but a bird perched strongly against rough waters - it's an amazing shot. I love the 2nd one. But I think you posted well, these shots would look better in a series..

I think it's nice but 2,3 and 4 are slightly repetitious.. a qn.. has anyone shot a diving bird topside? aka not sideways but diving towards your angle?

denizenx - For the 2nd to 4 shots, the Heron was actually getting the fish nearer before swallowing it. But I guess it does look repititious. As for shutter lag, I don't think it is that serious for a DSLR. If there is any, it should probably be my "finger lag" ![]() Cheers |
