Is it where there are usually a lot of kids doing breakdance or something area?

Nope, the exhibition is not at the breakdance area; it nearer to Citylink than it is to Esplanade. If you arrive from City Hall MRT, you will walk through all the shops, arrive at this exhibition and onwards to the breakdance area then to Esplanade.
