    Anyone knows the best place to eat this in Singapore? Cant seem to find good ones... all have more flour than egg.

    okay but really, Bukit Batok St 11 has some good oyster egg cos its nearest to my house.

    Haig Rd Market (oysters damn big!) and Maxwell also not bad.

    I have eaten excellent oyster egg in Toa Payoh (Lor 7 I think)

    try gelyang. the one in the same coffeeshop as the famous frog leg porrige.
    it's opposite the famous beef hor fan which is next to the taiwan soya bean drink coffeeshop.

    dont know the name of the street so hopes this help.

    if you are saying the famous beef hor fan (outside of the coffee shop is painted red), its gelyang lorong 9.

    it very good place to have heavy dinner with big groups of friends.
    1) good beef hor fun
    2) opposite got good oyster egg and frog porridge
    3) beside got yong ho tou jiang (aka taiwan soya bean drink), lots of nice finger food.
    photography makes one sees things from all angles.

    the oyster egg big or small, seem like got 2 variation. some like 20 cent coins some like 5 cents only.

    you should try the one at Bedok North Blk85.
    all egg, no flour and with special spicy sauce

    Just saw a stall recommended by Bryan Wong on a variety show (can't remember the name) last night ... 941 Simon Road, Nam Heng Coffee Shop (南兴咖啡店) ... All the judges gave it the thumbsup ... Looks yummy!
