A new 7.3 MP Fujifilm Digicam announced

Hi juz saw that a new Fuji camera was announced.. The A700, a 7.3 MP camera will be selling at US$199 this Oct.. It features Fuji Super CCD sensor and a 2.4 inch LCD but surprisingly it only top at ISO 400.. What u guys think about this? I feel that it will definitely be a very gd family and entry-level camera.. Although it only tops at ISO 400, but I believe it will be totally noise-free at that range, good enough for ppl who dun really shoot in very low-light condition..
