According to Nikon Singapore, we need to bring along the receipt when claim warranty, so I think weather we sent or not sent still will get one years warranty from date of purchase...Please update if i'm wrong....

if you feel more comfortable, if you feel more secure by sending the warrenty card, go ahead.

For some brand, it is not compulsory to send.

    register online at http://www.fujifilm.com.sg/web/ewarranty.htm

and make sure you copy down the code after you submit the eWarranty info.

    usually it doesn't matter.

when the need arises and you need to bring your gear for repair, they'll ask for the warranty slip. they'll just retain the portion that you were supposed to send in.
