    Not bad

IMHO less of the dark on the left maybe better

Nice photo and rear chance to see people reading like dat....did you pay her to do this?

Btw, I think the pic is slightly slanted in the ccw direction....and I like it with more contrast....the while is not really that white...even the reflection on the leaf is not white. It's just my personal preference.

Love this shot lots. The signboards adds much to it too.

I feel turning it into a square crop by cropping out the left would add.

Not at all, although Redfern hardly ever changes. Although when I first started working there in in 2001, there were major drug problems. Discarded hypodermics in the gutters, drunks in the park. Redfern really was a sh*thole.

When I left in 2004, the place was really cleaning itself up. The so-called Redfern riots were a joke, but I guess from where you took that photo if you turned around and headed back toward the station I assume things are still squalid.

BTW, best kebabs ever are from a shop around the corner from Abbotts pub. Have one for me!

Yep, one of the few places where things are 'real'. It happened to be one of my favourite (and riskiest) hunting grounds.
