How do you find it in terms of focusing speed, sharpness (wide open and f/4), colour, bokeh and build?

build is good. focus speed is good. sharpness is good when focus is accurate. dun know how to comment on the colour and bokeh. my one front focus by about 1 cm. i am sending to sigma for calibration. but i still think it is a good lens

Thanks for posting the sample, is it the centre crop? How about the side?

At f/2.8, seem a bit soft, but reasonably good, consider it 100% cropped.
