anyone? looking on how i can improve really....

Many of the photos seem to have a pronounced tilt to the right. It would be useful to see the subject cyclist's face. You can try to crop tighter in the shots where exertion can clearly be seen in the tensed up arms and neck, where you might catch beads of sweat, prominent veins and suchlike. Also, if you have long lenses, try to get a clear head on shot down a long straight and use shallow DOF to pick out the lead cyclist from among the following peloton.
