Default D80 in HDR - RSAF Open House

Went to the RSAF 2006 Open House to try out my new D80 camera.

Here is a HDR picture of a A4 Super SkyHawk.

Nice photo of the Skyhawk. Looks very shiny. I think I can see some halo. You used in camera d-lighting or Photoshop HDR?

To the Threadstarter,

If the pic here is to demonstrate and discuss the camera inbuilt ability to do HDR conversion than the posting here is ok. If not and the image is taken with D80 and post processed in PS HDR than it clearly violate this
http://forums.clubsnap.com/showthread.php?t=109839

As I do not have a D80 nor know it well enough, I suspect that the image is post process and the D80 do not have the capability to do HDR itself.

Any members please verify before I move this thread.

Nice HDR, I like the texture on the F16....can I ask:

1. what is the exposure range from the most underexposed to the most exposed?

2. Other than merging the HDR, did you do and other PP, like burning and dodging?

thanks!

Photomatix for the HDR & Tone Mapping. There is no burning, no dodging.

Thanks for answering! Btw did you try merging with PS CS2? Is the effect about the same, i heard photomatix is better...if you have a CS2 version, can post for comparision? If not its ok. Thank you!

Have a nice day!
