Nikon L3 rechargeable batteries/charger

Book says charging time 2.5 hours. But after 5 hours the charger still shows charging leh. Something worry wif the charger?

first charge is like mobile phones..

rechargable has memory. the shorter u charge, the therefore after charging time is shorter. so basically the first charge is advised to be longer.

It's perfectly ok to heat up during charging, currents are moving.

as mentioned, it's normal for the batt to heat up during charging. Normally this is also mentioned in the manual. If you really scared, place and fan blowing on the charger / battery during charging lor.

The Varta 15min charger has a fan built into the charger
