Looking for a Panasonic PnS below $400 New with 28mm

Need to get a wide angle PnS for work.. Don't want to spend too much, any recommendation below $400 brand new? TIA

i think all the older FX model are either 3xmm... only the "more recent" one starting from FX-01 offers 28mm but most/all of the cost about 600+/-.
could be wrong tho

The panasonic LX1 also offer the 28mm.

of cos it is but its way out of TS $400 brand new budget.
