Default Dark Frame Substraction

Hi, anyone can advise the methods and software to perform such an operation?

Hi,
You can use Photoshop Layer and Apply Image (Select Subtract Blending). You can also use IRIS.

Hmm... Althought it's won't remove all the noise, but I try and it remove quite a number of them. Is the dark frame taken at same setting (same ISO and same exposure) as the image?? You can use the preview to see the different. What is the image format you use for both??

Below is my image example which use photoshop layer and subtract:
Original Image:


Dark Frame:


Result - After dark frame subtraction:


See the different?? No other processing had been done except the dark subtraction.
