Default A macro shot from KLCC

this is my very first macro shot using my G3.. i'm not sure if this is nice enough.. but pls do help me improve.. the shutter speed is 1/501 sec and lens aperture is F/2.8..

subject is slightly soft.. n background's too distracting imho.
composition is pretty good though. nevertheless, keep shooting! i'm sure u'll get better n better

thanks for ur encouragement..

i understand that to make the subject not so soft i have to use a higher aperture number like F8 rite?

yes 8 or 11 should be good..
since under broad daylight, it shouldn't be a problem too for faster shutter spd for sharper picture
