Using D50+105VR
Missed a lot actions due to D50's low continuous shooting speed..

Well taken pics.

May I know what setting you used for the shoots. Skin tone is good and able to catch the action.

settings..
Aperture priority, f/2.8;
iso400/800;
AF-A, matrix metering,external flash(TTL-BL, some on,some off)
nef format! (<-this one very useful...)

More frames per second would indicate the likelihood of seeing a good 8fps slideshow.

Even the coming D80 only has 3fps speed.
