SONY marketing paying off....(looks like price won't fall so soon
)http://www.bloomberg.com/apps/news?p...d=a1tNArNUlcUU The market share will change again once Nikon D80 and the new Canon D400 ?? is readily available. SONY better launch their next model sooner rather than later.

i say.....that's pretty impressive. it's just one dslr, and their first too. lets hope this would be an incentive for sony to be much better next time.

seems that their marketing strategy works...
Looks like it will be quite an interesting market ahead. Eagerly waiting for the 7D replacement, better still 9D... fullframe with anti-shake... Hart |

If I am not wrong sony's data is based on pre-order units while canon and nikon is based on actual sales. These are just different accounting standard.

Whether pre-order or not, that's still base on the actual sales
